Taylor's work, Fidelity, offered tickets to his team and their families.
The girls got monkeys, I am not sure how they relate to the Bees.

Serena's Fifth Birthday

Between the marathon and the Bees game we threw in some presents for Serena's birthday! She also got a McDonalds Happy Meal on the way home from Provo, one of her great loves.
She asked for a "My Best Friend" puppy for Christmas and received a smaller more affordable model. Her heart was still yearning for this dog six months later, so she got him for her birthday!

Serena has a matching doll with a skirt that turns her from a Barbie into a fairy.

Taylor runs a marathon!

Taylor ran his first marathon in Provo.
Here we are waiting and waiting and waiting. I saw people coming in from the half and hurried over thinking he would be coming, but then figured out we still had several hours to wait.
A friendly family gave the girls some bubbles to help pass the time. What a smart mom to think of that!Carter was super excited to have a picture! He looks more tired than Taylor!

Mom's Birthday and Memorial Day

I don't remember what we gave mom for her birthday, but I am sure it was not as cute as what was in the bag afterwards!
We visited Dad's grave and put out flowers for Memorial Day. Mom made a nice planter box that after the weekend I retrieved and kept on my porch for the summer.

Carter loses a tooth!

The excitement of the day was Carter losing a tooth!

Another visit to see the aquarium;with our Tracy Aviary memberships we can get in for half off.

Soccer Fun!

Both Carter and Serena played soccer this year. I was Carter's coach and his team was the Red and Yellow Sharks. Serena was on the Fireflies team.

Check out Carter leading the pack. He was much more assertive this year and really got in and took control of the ball. I didn't keep track, but he scored almost every game and sometimes several goals, I think three was his best game.

Serena has her drinks in her hands. The treats and giving high fives were her favorite part of soccer.
