Loot pictures!

 Taylor's gifts were great this year!  He always strives to give me a great gift, so this year I was really sneaky and got him an ipad!  He has mentioned wanting one many times, but I always said we didn't need more electronic devices. 

 Taylor, of course, really spoiled me!  He got me tickets for Time Out for Women in Layton and then Kim and Kody went and bought me tons of clothes and a purse from him.  I got clothes and books and new serving bowls from Mom.  She also gave me new plates early so I could use them for Thanksgiving and Christmas parties.

 Carter, man he looks grown up!  Everyone knows him well and he got lots of sports related fun.

Our traditional Polar Express

Taylor joined us this year as we made the Front Runner into the Polar Express.  We had Hot Chocolate and cookies, read the Polar Express Book and sang a few songs.

 The highlight is meeting Santa and getting our bells to show we "believe."

Ward Christmas Party

Our ward had a fabulous Christmas party: dinner, live band entertainment, crafts and games for the children, family pictures, and Santa. In the family picture above, Carter is pretending to be Scrooge.

Temple Square Lights

We went on the perfect night to see the lights at Temple Square.  The weather was nice for November.

 Carter has taught Aleeya the best way to pose for a picture-with the Ute symbol.

Aleeya's Broken Arm

While on vacation in St. George, Aleeya was climbing rocks at a playground and fell off and landed on her wrist.  She refused to move it and was crying so we knew it was not a good thing.  This picture is at the Insta-care waiting. (10/20/12)  Her wrist was broken and they put on temporary cast.

She is going to an orthopedic specialist because the bone is squished and moved to the side.  She received this first cast on 10/24/12.

St. George Vacation

 We went to the Tuachan again this year.  We saw Aladdin as a family.  Everyone sat very good! 

 Posing in the Hairspray cut-outs.  We didn't see this show.

 We were playing at the park and Aleeya fell off of a rock climbing spot as she tried to transition to the bridge.  She landed on her wrist and broke it.

 Even injured, Aleeya played the whole time.

 Miniature golf, we don't take it too seriously, Spencer was helpful in putting the balls in the holes.
