St. Patrick's Day Party

The St. Patrick's Day potluck coordinated by Tauna Roe is becoming a great tradition.  We like to meet at the park, but when it is too cold we meet at the Fox Creek Church.

Every Wednesday we spend the morning at the park.

Sweets Factory Tour

We went to the Sweets Factory for a tour. We watched a video about the process and then went through the factory. It was amazing to see how much they make daily and we enjoyed some samples.

The candy shop after the tour, the kids were crazy! (Like kids in a candy store). Carter really wanted to pose for a picture.

Families Are Forever

Today we went to the Logan Temple and were sealed as a family. Taylor was proxy for Dad. It was a nice day and family and neighbors came to support us. Afterwards, we had a potato bar at the house. Carrie watched the kids while we were at the temple. It doesn't seem real that it has been a year since Dad died. I am thankful for the gospel that bonds families together forever.

Mess and Redemption

Aleeya cannot be left unsupervised! I guess that showering is not allowed for moms.
Serena started cleaning it up without anyone asking her. She is my only child that naturally sees a mess and starts helping.

Great Harvest Bread Fieldtrip

All of the preschool children participated in a fun field trip about bread making, apparently only Serena (of the Dearden children) posed for the picture.

Valentine's Day Crafts

Tara Bitters and her children joined us for dinner on Valentine's Day (both of our husbands were gone). Tara brought wooden hearts for the children to paint.
